Last updated: 6 August 2026

Welcome to HMA Wealth (“HMA Wealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit hmawealth.com (the “Site”), and how third parties such as Google process data in connection with the advertising and analytics tools we use.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Information We Collect

a) Information you give us directly

When you use our Contact Us form, WhatsApp, or email, we may receive:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The subject and content of your message

We use this solely to respond to you. We do not currently offer newsletter sign-ups or user accounts, so we do not store passwords or account profiles.

b) Information collected automatically

Like most websites, when you visit the Site, our third-party partners (analytics and advertising providers) and we may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on the Site, and referring/exit pages
  • Cookie identifiers and advertising IDs

3. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to:

  • Keep the Site working properly (essential cookies)
  • Understand how visitors use the Site (analytics cookies)
  • Show relevant ads and measure ad performance (advertising cookies)

You can disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the Site function, and you may still see ads; they just won’t be personalized to you.

4. Google AdSense & Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on the Site.

  • Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie and other advertising identifiers) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site and other websites on the internet.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our Site and other sites.
  • You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • You can also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices or the Network Advertising Initiative.
  • If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, you may be shown a cookie-consent choice before non-essential cookies (including advertising cookies) are set, in line with Google’s EU User Consent Policy.
  • For more on how Google uses information from sites that use its services, visit Google’s Partner Sites policy.

Ads shown on the Site may be personalized (based on your browsing activity) or non-personalized (based only on the page’s content). Advertisers and ad networks other than Google may also use cookies to serve ads on the Site; we do not have access to or control over these cookies.

5. Analytics & Other Tracking Tools

We use the following third-party tools to understand how the Site is used and to improve it:

  • Google Analytics – tracks visits, page views, session duration, and traffic sources
  • Google Search Console – monitors search performance and technical site health
  • Other performance, security, or marketing-pixel tools (such as a Meta Pixel), if and when we add them

These tools may set their own cookies and collect data through cookies and similar technologies, generally in an aggregated or anonymized form. We do not link this data back to your name or contact details.

6. Affiliate Links & Sponsored Content

HMA Wealth participates in affiliate programs, including with trading/investing platforms, Amazon, and other finance tools and products. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or sign up, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links may use their own cookies or tracking parameters to attribute the referral. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial opinions or recommendations; see our Disclaimer for more.

7. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your messages and queries
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
  • Understand traffic patterns and popular content
  • Serve and measure advertising, including through Google AdSense
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
  • Comply with applicable law

We do not sell your personal information.

8. Your Rights (India DPDPA)

In line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and its Rules, you (as the “Data Principal”) have rights over the personal data we hold as the “Data Fiduciary,” including the right to:

  • Be informed about what data we collect and why
  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request erasure of your personal data, where applicable
  • Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as it was given
  • Register a grievance regarding how your data is handled

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@hmawealth.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children (see Section 11), and we rely on your consent as the basis for processing the limited data described in this policy.

9. If You’re Visiting from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland (GDPR)

If applicable data protection law gives you additional rights, you may also have the right to data portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us at the email above to exercise these rights.

10. If You’re a California Resident (CCPA/CPRA)

You may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” (as those terms are defined under California law) for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we use interest-based advertising (Google AdSense), this may qualify as “sharing” under CCPA. To opt out, use the Google Ads Settings link in Section 4 or contact us directly.

11. Children’s Privacy

HMA Wealth does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. Our content and services are intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly, consistent with the DPDPA’s protections for children’s data.

12. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We may share limited data with:

  • Our hosting provider (BigRock), as part of standard server operations
  • Analytics and advertising partners (e.g., Google), as described above
  • Affiliate partners, for referral tracking, if you click an affiliate link

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Our Site may also link to social media platforms, YouTube, affiliate partners, and other third-party websites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies separately.

13. Data Retention

We retain contact-form or email correspondence only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your query, unless a longer period is required by law. Aggregated analytics data may be retained longer, as it does not directly identify you.

14. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including:

  • SSL/HTTPS secure browsing
  • Firewall and malware protection at the hosting level
  • Regular security and performance checks

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. By using the Site, you acknowledge this limitation.

15. No User Accounts

HMA Wealth is accessible without creating an account. We do not currently store login credentials or user profiles.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law (including as DPDPA Rules are phased in). Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
